    We offer a wide range of residential cleaning services, including basic cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, organization, new build cleans and specialized services like party assistance and more.

  • How often should I schedule cleaning services?

    The frequency of cleaning depends on your needs and preferences. Many clients opt for weekly or bi-weekly cleanings, while others choose monthly or one-time services (yet even those seem to turn into repeated business!)

  • Are your cleaning products safe and environmentally friendly?

    Yes, we offer safe, eco-friendly cleaning products to ensure the well-being of your family and pets, as well as to minimize our impact on the environment. Please note you will need to request this service, if required.

  • Do I need to provide cleaning equipment and supplies?

    You don't have to worry about providing anything. However, if you have central vac, or preferred cleaning supplies, please show your Kleaning specialist to your products and equipment.

  • Can I trust your cleaners?

    Absolutely. We thoroughly vet and background-check our cleaning staff to ensure your safety and peace of mind. We take pride in our trustworthy and professional team. We treat your home as if we are cleaning our own.

  • How long will a typical cleaning session take?

    The duration of a cleaning session depends on the size and condition of your home. A standard cleaning can take anywhere from 3-5 hours, while a deep cleaning or specialized services may take longer.

  • Can I customize the cleaning checklist to suit my needs?

    Yes, we offer customizable cleaning plans. You can discuss your specific requirements with us, and we will tailor our services to meet your needs

  • Do I need to be at home during the cleaning session?

    It's not necessary for you to be present during the cleaning. Many clients provide access to their homes or offer a set of keys to our team, allowing them to clean while you're away.

  • What is your pricing structure?

    Our pricing is based on factors such as the size of your home, the type of cleaning service, and the frequency of cleaning. We can provide a detailed estimate after assessing your specific needs.

  • What happens if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?

    If you're not completely satisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address any concerns and, if needed, arrange for a re-cleaning at no extra cost.

  • Do you offer gift certificates?

    Yes, please call Kristal at 647-809-8092 to purchase a gift certificate. Please note, cleanings are a minimum of 3 hours. The certificates can be used towards the full amount of the clean if it doesn’t cover the full price, and must be used within a year of the purchase date.

  • How do I schedule an appointment or reschedule/cancel one?

    You can schedule an appointment by contacting our customer service team. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid any charges.
